This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Absolute Peptides.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods

All orders will be shipped using Canada Post Express shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Destination
• Carrier delays

3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

For Canada orders:

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after shipment.
• A flat shipping rate of 25$ will be added at checkout.

4. International Shipping

At this time we do NOT offer international shipping.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost packages due to address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

• Contact the shipping carrier first.
• Then contact us for assistance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

All products sold by Absolute Peptides are for research use only.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders that may violate our company policies
