Are these peptides for human use?
No. All of our peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are sold exclusively to qualified research professionals. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, including consumption, injection, treatment, or diagnosis. Any use outside of authorized laboratory research is strictly prohibited.
How is purity verified?
Every batch undergoes rigorous independent quality testing to verify its identity and purity. Purity is confirmed at ≥99% using reverse-phase HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and verified by ESI mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for every lot, ensuring complete transparency and batch-specific quality documentation.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are shipped within 24 business hours. All domestic U.S. orders include tracked shipping, so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and serve qualified research laboratories and professionals located in the U.S. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back for future updates as our shipping capabilities expand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit and debit cards (processed through a secure high-risk payment gateway), ACH bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and wire transfers. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted systems to help protect your transaction information.
How should I store the compounds?
For optimal stability, lyophilized peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (36–46°F) in a cool, dry place and protected from light. After reconstitution, store the solution at 2–8°C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and use it within 28 days. Proper storage helps maintain product integrity for research use only.
Can I request a COA before ordering?
Yes. Sample Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for current production lots are available in our COA Library and can be reviewed before placing an order. In addition, a lot-specific COA is provided with every order, ensuring complete transparency, traceability, and batch-specific quality verification.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging to protect your privacy. When required, temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate cold packs to help maintain product stability during transit.
